The Movie and TV Store was created by people who remember the first time The Blockade Runner appeared on the big screen followed by the overfly of a massive Star Destroyer, the excitement of watching Kirk beat up yet another Alien and the low budget sets of Doctor Who.
We love movies and great television shows and want to offer a huge range of collectibles along with the best customer service and easy online shopping.
Customer service is very important to us and we strive to get your orders shipped within 1 or 2 days, same day if possible. We price our products competitively and welcome suggestions for other merchandise you’d like to see.
Shipping/Combined Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS and in the USA .
Ebay calculates the shipping and we are happy to combine shipping.
How to request a combined invoice.
1. Add items to the cart.
2. Select request total from top right hand corner.
3. You will then see a new page where you can commit to buy and add a message.
4. We will combine your order with the best possible shipping. (please note if the order weight combines to over 15.9 oz then orders will ship Priority mail or other service.
Once your order has shipped a tracking number is automatically uploaded to your E-Bay account.

Most orders are shipped same business day or by next business day, no extra charge we want you to get your cool stuff quickly too!
International Shipping
We ship to many countries by USPS.
International shipping is calculated by weight so if you order multiple items the shipping is calculated for you.
If we can combine your order and save on shipping we will refund the difference to your PayPal account.
If you don’t see your country available in the list contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Some countries charge custom clearance fees, import duties or tax, we have no control over this or have any way of estimating how much these could be. If in doubt contact your local customs organization. Also there are some restrictions on which items that can be imported, it is up to you to decide on what is allowed.
We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, delays or seizures imposed by your countries customs clearing.
We ship via UPS and USPS in the USA – You can calculate your shipping on each product’s detail page as well as in the checkout and checkout process. Most orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number, you can also view your tracking number by logging into your account. Please note the shipping time is after the order leaves our warehouse not from the time you order.
We all hate waiting for something we’ve ordered and paid for, we understand this and will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Items marked as in stock are just that and we want you to get your cool stuff as quickly as possible. However occasional stock errors can occur but we will notify you right away and refund for anything we can’t ship. Once your order ships the carrier (UPS/FEDEX/USPS) will take care of delivering your items by the service you selected.
All shipments will have a tracking number so you can see where your order is (USA) if the carrier loses your order or delivers it to the wrong place, let us know and we’ll follow up with them. If it’s a permanent loss, we’ll replace or refund the order and make a claim with the carrier. If your box arrives with obvious signs of damage, you should immediately let us know, if possible take a photograph of the damaged box and keep that, this may be required for an insurance claim.
Payments
We accept PayPal for all our E-Bay listings as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, payment is required within 5 days. We participate in E-Bays automatic unpaid items system. If you want to cancel an item let us know right away, unpaid orders can be recorded by E-Bay on your account, please do not purchase if you do not intend to pay. If you do this by mistake again let us know, we can cancel your order and it won’t be recorded as unpaid.
Returns
Returns
are easy with The Movie and TV Store, you can return most items within 30 days. If you just changed your mind you can arrange a return. You must contact us within 30 days and we will refund the costs of the item purchase (minus shipping) the refund will be given as a PayPal refund.
The merchandise must be in an unused condition, i.e t-shirts must not have been worn or washed, items should be in it’s original packaging (unopened) and in a saleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund for merchandise that has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition. Some items may not be returned that were marked as no returns, clearance or on sale, if in doubt please contact us.
Replacements
If for some reason we ship you the wrong item or the item is defective let us know within 30 days and we’ll pay for the shipping back and send out a replacement or refund if applicable.
Free Shipping Returns
Items returned that had free shipping will have the initial shipping costs or a re-stock fee deducted from the refund (except in cases of incorrect shipment / damage)
