Antique German Hallmarked 13 Silver Brandy Bowl in Repousse, Early Silver

For you today is a beautifully made double handled silver brandy bowl. This piece is all hand worked in high repousse silver, scean of a man fishing with the village in background.
The sides of the bowl in Renaissance design of garlands and birds, the handles are mermaids. Silver bowl is mark 13 in a square 2 letters in a shield and a city marks both I am not able to read.
